Our exclusive hire accommodation is Eagle Crag Bunk House, ideally located for our hikes over this bank holiday weekend – and situated on the Brathay Estate in beautiful woodland settings, Lake Windermere is a stone’s throw and the fells are on your doorstep. The accommodation is spacious, with a dining area and plenty of seating areas as well as a games room. There is a TV room located in the building with bean bags and comfy chairs, and it has a games room and the bunkhouse is fully centrally heated. There are showers and toilets, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a kitchenette with a hot water boiler, sink and fridge. Please bring own sleeping bags, pillows and towels. If you are self-catering, you will need to bring your own food for breakfasts, dinners and packed lunches – alternatively Ambleside, a brisk walk away, has lots of great eateries, supermarkets and shops. There is an option to have a locally cooked breakfast.
